Toivottavasti kaikilla oli mahtava uusvuosi ja jos nyt ei niin tajunnanräjäyttävä niin hyvä vähintäänkin. Itse vietin tämän vuodenvaihteen samassa seurassa ja paikassa kuin edellisenkin mutta tällä kertaa ei lukittu itseämme huoneeseen ja pääsin yöllä vessaankin he_he_he...
Lähdin perjantaina stadiin Tuomasta tapaamaan, hengaroitiin siellä muutama tunti ja lähdettiin kohti kirkkonummea missä Teru ja Temo olivat vastassa, siitä sit kauppaan ostaan syömiset ja juomiset ja kaksosten kämppään~ Oli tosi hauskaa ja mukavaa, kiitos hyvästä seurasta ja ruoasta !
ps. Ja tähän biisiin tiivistyy oikeestaan kaikki 3 päivää ..
So, I had awesome new year's eve with Tuomas, Teru and Temo and I hope everyone else enjoyed their weekend as much as I did ! Ja sitten, otsikosta voivat jotkut jo päätellä mitä tämänkertainen arttipostaus koskee. (insert dramatic drumming here)
Yup, it's about our shiny boys, SHINee. Nää kaks työtä on itseasiassa jo muutaman kuukauden vanhoja mutta sain nyt skannattua ne kunnolla ja aattelin pistää esille muuallekkin kun facebookin seinälle.

There isn't much to tell about this piece, just that I love Minho and he's always been my fav member out of all five guys. And he's actually quite hard one to draw and I mean it.. But yet I'm pretty happy with the results.
- Theme(s): Lee Taemin (SHINee) Modelpicture used - Materials used: Derwent Coloursoft-pencils - Time used: 2-3 hours Yeaaah our lil' fairyboy. Lucifer's PV totally rocked my world back then and this screenshot was spectacular (and rather good quality one) so I could use it as a model. Oh and that hair he had at that time ? Don't even tell me about it I would kill to have a mane like that.
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL.

It'll always be TVXQ! to me, I support JYJ with all I have but what can I do ? It's not the same. Back to the point. Junsu's not my fav member but I like his voice the best. And his pic just popped before my eyes so. This was rather quick work and it can be seen..

Tomorrow's my last day of my vacation ;_; And I'm going to rewatch the movie that inspires me oh-so-much ! And it totally rocks. Can you guess what story it is ? Here's a hint for you guys.

Joo en tiiä mitä oisin voinu jouluksi edes toivoa, omistan jo kaiken vähänkin tarpeellisen ja sillee. Turha mun olis sitä playstation3'stakaan ollut pyytää kun Xbox ja PS2nenkin on lojunu tuolla telkkarin alla varmaan viime joulusta asti koskemattomina .. Ja tää joulu sujui aika surullisissa tunnelmissa, meinaan ensimmäinen joulu pelkästään meidän kolmen kesken kun mummikin nukku pois ;_; Tuntu tosi pahalta äidin puolesta mut mitäs mä olisin siinä voinut sanoa tai tehdä.
Mutta toivottavasti kaikilla muilla on ollut hauska ja rikas joulu !
Mulla alkoi tämä loma ylenpalttisen ahmimisen ja syömisen merkeissä, vyöryin (kirjaimellisesti) pois pöydästä ja kalkkunat ja kinkut juoks vielä mun unissakin seuraavana yönä .. Illalla pidin keskenäni Disney vs. Warnerbross vs. Dreamworks-leffaillan, kattelin kaikkia nostalgisia vanhoja leffoja ja vähän uudempiakin. Listalla oli Scoopy Doo, Leijonakuningas, Tie El Doradoon, Atlantis 1 ja 2, Corpse Bride, Karhuveljeni Koda ja henkilökohtainen ehdoton lemppari Aarreplaneetta jonka katoin .. 4 kertaa eilen ? But who cares se on vaan älyttömön hyvä.
Aina leffojen lomassa tuhertelin taas vähän luonnoksia vihkoon ja luotan nyt teidän maalaisjärkeenne että tajuatte mikä leffa millonkin on kyseessä. Okay so I hope that everyone had great Christmas with your friends and families and cats and dogs. My Christmas wasn't so glorious but I'll manage ~ Yesterday I watched some of my favourite movies from Disney, Dreamworks and Warnerbross (and I'm watching Sherlock Holmes atm) and since I've seen those movies hundreds of times I could draw some doodles at the same time ~
And then this lil' piece I've been working on today. SInce I love Treasure Planet and Jim Hawkins so_darn_much I had to draw this. And I have to mention that I wanted to test my coloring skills more than anything else so please excuse the dumb cliché pose ..
I scanned the sketch too so you can see where I started from. I changed few things while finishing it, you'll see later.

Aaaand the finished work. I added one flag because I thought it would look better but I seriously don't know. And I'm really, REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SCANNER 'cause it totally ruined the mighty colors and shades ;__; They are so much more vibrant and stronger when seen live. But oh well, at least I myself know how good I'm with pencils. And I'm not good at it. Really.

Noniin tytöt ja pojat ja vaikka mitkä, on tultu siihen pisteeseen että tämä blogi on aloitusta vaille valmis joten pitemmittä puheitta täältä pesee.
Jos joku on sattunut joskus aiemmin blogejani seuraamaan niin saattaa arvata ettei tämäkään pysy suomenkielisenä kauaa .. Tälläkertaa tosin pyrin kirjoittamaan englanniksi vain tiivistelmiä ja tärkeimpiä asioita jos niitä nyt ees on.
Aluksi kerron ihan suurpiirteisesti mitä Herkkä linja käsittelee. Kirjoittaja itse - siis minä - on sulatellut aivojaan tärpätin ja fiksatiivin huuruissa kohta 17 vuotta ja haluaa kertoa töistään muuallakin kuin iltapalapöydässä oman katon alla. Taiteilu on harrastus, ei työtä eikä ammatti ainakaan vielä ja toivoisinkin että se sellaisena pysyisi.
Blogia päivittelen aina siihen tahtiin kun saan valmiiksi jotain esittämisen arvoista. Ja sanon heti tämän, jos intresseihisi kuuluu shoppailumatkojen saaliit muun kuin taiteilijatarvikkeiden suhteen sekä 'päivän look'-lörinät, ovi on tuolla. Jossain. Herkkä linja keskittyy nimenomaan valmiiden töiden esittelyyn, keskeneräisten tuotosten kehitysprosesseihin ja muuhun aiheeseen liittyvään. Toki saatan joskus postauksen yhteydessä kertoa kuulumisia ja viimepäivien kulusta. So stay tuned !
Ja muistakaa, vastailen mielelläni kysymyksiin tekemisiäni koskien mutta olen kantapään kautta oppinut listaamaan käytetyt välineet aina kuvan yhteyteen välttyäksemme 666 kysymykseltä 'Millä sä siis oikee teet nää ??'
Tähän ensimmäiseen postaukseen tuleekin tavaraa aika rutkasti hehheh. Aloitetaan kuitenkin näistä ns. enemmän kärsivällisyyttä syövyttäneistä töistä.

Okay so I'll put these 2 works up at the same time because they are much related to eachother. I got the inspiration for the fisrt work when I found the picture of Siwon with the beanie and moustaches and I tell you it was hilarious. At first I just thought that it was ridiculous but after a while it started to look good so I wanted to draw it. I assume you'll find the original one from the net easily.
About the second one, I just went with the flow because I was so satisfyed with the first one. IMO Siwon is easy and fun to draw ~ I also like to draw with pencils and here's a good tip for you guys. You know those fluffy-headed stick which you dig your ears with ? What are those .. ? Anyways, they are great for blending expecially around small parts like eyes and nose. And the best part is that you get to keep your fingers clean lolol. Tissues are great too for larger areas !

I'm really trying to get used to using watercolors and for your information I _hate painting. I'm just not good at it. Seriously. So I watched the first season of superawesome Glee and got inspired by Chris and his character, I found that pic where he's wearing these clothes and smiling cheesily and I tried to catch that image but - halfway working I had to admit that it looked nothing like the original so I gave up and continued with my own style.

When the Tintin-movie came to cinemas I just had to go and watch it because since I was 7 years old Tintin has been and ultimate idol to me ♥ And guess what ? I was very sceptic about how it would turn out but it was FRICKING AWESOME ! I've seen the movie 5 times now lolol and I'm gonna watch it again soon ~ The only thing that I was disappointed with was the fact that they didn't use the original symphonic theme in the movie ;_;
